Players had to go to certain shopkeepers around Toontown and say the SpeedChat phrase 'Howdy!' to them in order to trigger new dialogue from them (in the form of pink announcement bubbles) saying that they were told to remember certain words (all of which have intentional spelling mistakes) by Doctor Surlee. This culminated with Professor Flake's dialogue, which gave players a link to a text file hosted on the official Toontown Rewritten website. The text file can be found here.

HQ Officer The location of this HQ Officer was undocumented on the TTR wiki. Whether this means any HQ Officer would work or someone didn't bother to document the location is unknown. A screenshot of an HQ Officer from Maple Street is used here.
